Stamping Operation

1. Material Selection: Choose a sheet metal material that meets the project's requirements for material type, thickness, and surface finish.
2. Die Design: Design a stamping die with the necessary features and cavities to create the desired shapes and features on the sheet metal.
3. Sheet Blanking: Cut or blank the sheet metal into smaller pieces or blanks that will fit within the stamping die.
4. Blank Placement: Position the sheet metal blank in the stamping press, aligning it with the die cavity and ensuring it is securely held in place.
5. Stamping Process: Activate the stamping press, which uses the die and punch set to apply force and form the sheet metal into the desired shapes and features, following the design specifications.
