Anodizing Operation

1. Material Selection: Choose sheet metal materials that are suitable for anodizing, typically aluminum or alloys with an anodizable surface.
2. Pre-Anodizing Preparation: Prepare the sheet metal components by cleaning and etching the surface to remove impurities and create a suitable base for anodizing.
3. Anodizing Process: Submerge the components in an electrolytic bath, where an anodization process forms a protective oxide layer on the metal's surface.
4. Color Dyeing (Optional): If color is desired, immerse the anodized components in dye baths to achieve the desired color finish.
5. Sealing and Quality Check: Seal the anodized layer to enhance corrosion resistance and perform a quality inspection to ensure color consistency and surface finish quality.
